Launch Scan

The Launch Scan module enables users to initiate and manage security scans across different cloud providers. It provides visibility into the status, progress, and results of each scan, ensuring continuous compliance monitoring and risk detection.


Launching a New Scan

  1. Assign a Scan Label

    • Enter a descriptive name for the scan to help identify it later.

  2. Start the Scan

    • Click the Scan Now button to initiate the scan.

    • The system begins analyzing resources based on the selected provider and compliance framework.


Viewing Scan History

The scan history table displays all executed scans with the following details:

  • Provider – The cloud provider associated with the scan.

  • Scan Label – The name assigned to the scan for identification.

  • Status – Current state of the scan (e.g., In Progress, Completed, Failed).

  • Started At – Timestamp indicating when the scan was initiated.

  • Completed At – Timestamp showing when the scan was completed.

  • Details – Link to view more information about the scan findings and reports.
