Using Socify Agent AI

1. Access the Agent

  • From the top navigation bar, click on the Socify Agent icon located next to the Launch Scan button.

  • This will open the Socify Agent interface, where you can start interacting with the assistant.

2. Ask a Question

  • Click on the input field.

  • Type your query (for example):

    • “Show my SOC 2 compliance status”

    • “How many policies are in my Policy Hub?”

    • “Show all exceptions with their controls”

  • Click the Send (arrow) icon or press Enter.

3. View Responses

  • The AI will generate a response based on your query.

  • Responses may include:

    • Summarized insights

    • Data references

    • Suggested next actions

Below the input field, the system displays Recommended for You suggestions based on your activity.

    • Show my completion rate
