All Users
The All Users module provides a centralized view of every user within the organization. It allows administrators to monitor user roles, track task completion status, send reminders, and manage user accounts efficiently. This module is essential for maintaining visibility, accountability, and compliance across all team members.
Accessing All Users Module

To view all users:
Log in to Socify.
Navigate to the User Management section in the left sidebar.
Click All Users.
The complete list of users will be displayed on the main screen.
1. User List Overview

The All Users table displays each user’s details and compliance activity status. The following columns are visible:
1.1 Sr. No.
A sequential index of users for easy reference.
1.2 Name
Displays the user’s full name and email address.
1.3 Role
Shows the assigned user role (e.g., member). This helps administrators quickly understand access levels.
1.4 Task Status
Indicates whether the user has completed their required tasks. Possible statuses include:
Overdue (Red) – Required tasks not completed within expected timeframe.
1.5 Last Reminder Date
Shows the timestamp when the last reminder was sent to the user. This helps administrators determine when to follow up again.
1.6 Actions
Each user row includes three action buttons:
a. Send Security Check Reminder (Mail Icon)

Sends an email to the user reminding them to complete their scheduled security check. Regular security checks help ensure the safety and integrity of your account and compliance posture.
b. Edit User (Edit/Pencil Icon)

Allows administrators to update user information. The Update User form displays the existing details of the selected user. Administrators can edit specific fields as needed:
First Name*: Editable field to update the user’s first name.
Last Name*: Editable field to update the user’s last name.
Email (Non-editable): Displays the registered email ID. This field cannot be changed to preserve unique identification.
Phone Number*: Update the user’s valid contact number.
Organization*: Modify the organization name associated with the user.
Country*: Select the updated country from the dropdown list.
Role*: Change the user’s role (Member) from the dropdown.
Website: Optionally add or update the user’s organizational website.
(Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory and must be completed before saving changes.)*
Once all updates are complete, click the Update User button at the bottom of the form.
c. Delete User (Trash Icon)
Removes the user from the system permanently. This should be used with caution as it deletes all associated access.
2. Filtering & Searching Users

Administrators can quickly locate specific users through several filtering options:
2.1 Clear Filters
Resets all active search or filter conditions.
2.2 Search by Name/Email
Use this field to quickly locate a user by typing:
Name
Email address
2.3 Search by Role
Filters users based on their assigned role (e.g., member).
2.4 Search by Task Status
Filters users based on their completion status, such as:
Overdue
Completed (if applicable)
2.5 Date Filter
Allows filtering users based on the last reminder date.
These filters help streamline user management, especially in large organizations.
