Forgot Password

If you forget your Socify account password, you can reset it quickly by following the steps below.

Steps to Reset Your Password

1. Navigate to the Forgot Password Page

   • From the login page, click the “Forgot password?” link.

   • You will be redirected to the Forgot Password page.

   
2. Enter Your Registered Email Address

   • In the email field, type the address linked to your Socify account.

   • Ensure that you enter the same email used during sign-up; otherwise, the system will not recognize your account.

   
3. Send Reset Request

   • Click the “Send Reset Link” button.

   
4. Check Your Email

   • Open your email inbox and look for a message from Socify.

   • If you do not see it, check your spam or junk folder.

5. Reset Your Password

   • Click the password reset link included in the email.

   

   • You will be redirected to a secure page to create a new password.

   
6. Create a New Password

   • Enter a strong new password that meets the following guidelines:

     • At least 8 characters

     • A mix of uppercase and lowercase letters

     • At least one number

     • At least one special character

   • Re-enter the password to confirm.

   • Click on Submit button

7. Log In with Your New Password

   • Once the reset is successful, return to the login page.

   • Enter your email and the new password to access your account.

Important Notes

• The reset link is valid only for a limited time. If expired, repeat the process to generate a new one.

• Do not share your reset link with anyone.

• If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, verify your email address or contact Socify support.

• Once your password is reset, previous passwords will no longer be valid.
