Profile
The Profile Page allows users to view and manage their personal information, organizational detail within the Socify platform. It ensures that user-related data remains accurate, up to date, and consistent with organizational requirements.
Accessing the Profile Page
Upon successful login, users will be directed to the Dashboard. To access the profile settings:
Navigate to the top-right corner of the dashboard.
Click on the user initials icon.
Select the “Profile” option from the dropdown menu.

This will open the Profile page where users can view and manage their personal and organizational information.
Page Overview
The Profile Page is divided into two main sections:
Note: All mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk (*).

Editable Fields
First Name / Last Name
Enables users to update their personal name details.
Important for ensuring personalized user interactions across the platform.
Phone Number
Allows users to add or modify a valid contact number.
Required for platform alerts, notifications, and account recovery.
Organization
Displays the current organization name associated with the user.
Can be edited to reflect updated organizational affiliations.
This name is used as the official organization name on policies in policy hub section.
Country
Provides a drop-down selection to choose the appropriate country.
Ensures accurate geographic and compliance-based configurations.
Website
Users may enter or update the organization's official website URL.
Optional but recommended for maintaining organizational branding.
Company Logo
Users can upload their organization’s logo.
The uploaded logo, along with the organization name, is automatically applied to all policies within the Policy Hub.
This ensures that all policy documents are uniformly branded.
The updated policies with company logo and name will reflect in Evidence Management, under the Templates section of the Policy Hub, ensuring visual consistency across all compliance artifacts.
Email Address (Cannot be changed)
Displayed as a read-only field.
Pre-filled based on the system registration and cannot be changed by the user.
Used as the primary login and communication channel.

Actions Available
Edit
To update profile information, click the Edit button on the right-hand side of the Personal Details section.
All editable fields will become active for input.
Save Changes
After updating the desired fields, click the Save Changes button located at the bottom of the section.
The system will perform validations before applying changes:
Valid phone number format
Required fields completed
Valid website URL (if provided)
Logo file selected (if not already uploaded)
Key Considerations
Users must ensure that their details are always up to date for platform accuracy and compliance alignment.
If changes to non-editable fields (e.g., email address) are required, users should contact their administrator or support team.
Uploading the company logo is mandatory and may be enforced before saving profile updates.
