Workflow for using Evidence Center

Step 1 – Upload Evidence

  • Collect supporting documents/screenshots/logs.

  • Upload them into the Evidence Center and tag them with relevant control and sub-control.

Step 2 – Search & Filter

  • Use filters (title, section, sub-section, date) to quickly locate the required evidence.

Step 3 – Review Evidence Record

  • Open the record by clicking the eye icon.

  • View all associated files under that record.

Step 4 – File-Level Actions

  • Download for audit sharing.

  • Delete if uploaded incorrectly or if it needs to be replaced.

Step 5 – Maintain Audit Readiness

  • Continuously update and ensure all required controls have proper evidence mapped.
