Workflow for using Evidence Center
Step 1 – Upload Evidence
Collect supporting documents/screenshots/logs.
Upload them into the Evidence Center and tag them with relevant control and sub-control.
Step 2 – Search & Filter
Use filters (title, section, sub-section, date) to quickly locate the required evidence.
Step 3 – Review Evidence Record
Open the record by clicking the eye icon.
View all associated files under that record.
Step 4 – File-Level Actions
Download for audit sharing.
Delete if uploaded incorrectly or if it needs to be replaced.
Step 5 – Maintain Audit Readiness
Continuously update and ensure all required controls have proper evidence mapped.
