Add Exception

This feature allows users to record and manage compliance exceptions.

Steps:

  1. Select Add as Exception next to the relevant principle.

  2. In the pop-up window:

    • Select the check(s) for which an exception is being raised.

    • Enter exception details in the text box.

    • Upload any supporting documents if available.

  3. Click Upload to confirm the exception entry.

Purpose:

  • Exceptions are used when compliance cannot be achieved immediately, but is acknowledged and tracked. This helps in risk acceptance and mitigation planning.
