View Evidence

This feature allows you to review previously uploaded evidence.

Steps:

1. Select View Evidence next to the relevant principle.

2. A window will display all evidence linked to that control.

3. Review uploaded files and details as needed.

Purpose:

• Ensures transparency and enables auditors or compliance officers to validate proof of compliance.

Within the View Evidence window, the following action buttons are available:

• View file 👁️– View the file directly.

• Download ⬇️ – Download the file locally.

• Delete 🗑️ – Permanently remove the file from the evidence record.
